As we celebrate the festive season, I find myself reflecting on the past few years and those who have helped and supported me in business. I would like to thank you for your support during 2017 and look forward to continuing our successful relationship with our valued clients in the years to come. 2017 has been a big year for the team at Miranda's, we welcomed new clients with joy and excitement, supported by new staff who have fitted in so well with our customer service ethics, team support and a wealth of technical knowledge to help our clients.
We farewelled our conveyancing arm and refocused to build and restore the core of my goals in accounting. We expanded to include our book keeping department which is a great support to our clients and our accountants.
My family commitments have eased, and I am enjoying being back at work full time and being able to focus on my business goals and clients. I would like to welcome Stacey Mathers back to our team in a new role of business development and client support management, as well as reconnecting with her clients and supporting our team.
All our staff are continued supporters of the success of Miranda's and represent the ethos of the business and my personal work and client service ethics. The Miranda Foundation is a fundamental part of our “giving back” attitude, and once again it saw huge success through both The Biggest Playdate and Sienna's Shopping tour. We have been able to make a difference at Monash Children's Hospital and I will be forever grateful for the service they provide to my family and our community. Please stay safe over the holiday period, and remember that our office is closed from Friday 22nd December until Monday 8th January. We look forward to continuing to support you into the new year and on behalf of the entire team I wish you and your loved ones very Merry Christmas, a restful break and continued success in 2018.
