We are open Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm, with our last appointment being at 4.30pm.
If these hours don't fit in with your schedule, please give us a call and we can discuss other options, such as a Phone appointment or Tax Online.
* From July 4, we have extended tax time hours:
Tuesdays 9am - 7pm
Wednesdays 9am - 7pm
Saturdays 9am - 4pm
In order to see all of our clients in a timely manner, we recommend that you have all of your receipts totalled and itemised to save on time and bookkeeping fees. If you are claiming the log book method for your motor vehicle, please have your business usage percentage totalled.
You can use our checklist below to determine which documents to bring to your appointment. You can pay for your tax preparation straight away or choose to have the fee deducted from your tax refund for an extra fee of $50. Remember, our highly competitive fee is tax deductible.
From year to year the ATO are enhancing their technologies to conduct random tax audits. We strongly recommend you take up audit insurance through our provider Audit Shield. The premium starts from $100 and covers all professional fees in assisting you during a tax office audit. Please contact our office and register or register at the time of preparing your return.
