We are open Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm, with extended hours during July & August for our tax time.
In order to see all of our clients in a timely manner, we recommend that you have all of your receipts summarised and totalled to save on time and bookkeeping fees. If you are claiming the log book method for your motor vehicle, please have your business usage percentage totalled.
You can use our checklist below to determine which documents to bring to your appointment. You can pay for your tax preparation straight away or choose to have the fee deducted from your tax refund for an extra fee. Remember, our highly competitive fee is tax deductible.
Unable to make it into our office for a standard tax return?
We love seeing clients face to face and encourage you to visit our office for your appointment so that we can promptly prepare and lodge your return. However if this doesn’t suit, you can send us your information and we can prepare your return for you.

Where is my refund?
To follow up on the progress of your tax return, you can:
Call the ATO on 132 861. Enter your tax file number, then choose option 3, then 1.
Go to your MyGov account and link it to the ATO, to access updated information regarding the progress of your return. Click on this link for a step by step guide: ATO and the MyGov Inbox
Email our office (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will get back to you with a response within 48 hours.
