Directors IDs are due before November 30th

The Director identification number is a legal obligation for all Company Directors.

It is a unique identifier that you apply for once and keep forever.

Ensure that you meet your obligations:

Directors who are appointed under the Corporations Act 2001 must apply before November 30.

Directors must apply for their own Director ID, no one can apply on their behalf – we can not do this for you!

You can apply at https://www.abrs.gov.au/director-identification-number

One applied for, please email it through to reception@mirandas.com.au for us to keep on record.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) is responsible for enforcing director ID offences set out in the Corporations Act 2001.
