Our accounting staff are very experienced in public accounting practice and can assist you with all of your wealth creation goals. We are fully qualified accountants and registered tax agents. Our aim is to minimize your tax expense and maximize your refunds and rewards. We are experienced in tax and business planning, investment property planning and small businesses, including individual returns. We pride ourselves on being friendly, yet efficient in our work and are always willing to assist you with your financial needs.

Our bookkeeping staff are very experienced in understanding the needs of small business. Our office offers all business bookkeeping programs to allow ease of your own computer system changes. We are accounting based so that all book work is overviewed by a qualified, experienced accountant. Your BAS are prepared and reports provided to you. We are quick and efficient; therefore reducing your bookkeeping fees by reducing the time spent inputting your figures.

Our friendly conveyancing staff are very experienced in all property transfer transactions and understand the needs of Vendors and Purchasers. Our conveyancers will keep you well informed as to your rights under the Contract and look after your interests in a professional and efficient manner ensuring your settlements are smooth and without issue. They are familiar with local agents and lenders and always willing to assist with any of your queries.

Our office has all the professional attributes you look for – full legal backing, professional indemnity insurance, electronic lodgement services, tax agent and professional body registrations and years of experience. We also have all of the personal attributes you look for – friendly, approachable, helpful, efficient and cost effective. 	Vanessa Miranda Accountant mail@mirandas.com.au This business was born in 2000 alongside the birth of my first daughter.  My ambitious nature and eagerness to help has encouraged the rapid growth for this practice.  My morals and standards are filtered through to my staff, whom have been carefully chosen to continue the growth in our business, themselves and our clients.  I pride myself and my business on our problem solving skills and invite you to contact our office with any queries you may have.  You will find our service professional, approachable and efficient.
	Esma Gur Accountant esma@mirandas.com.au My career in accounting began in 2008.  In this short time, my initial enthusiasm for numbers has grown into a passion for the accounting industry and everything it entails.  My focus is generally small business and individual tax clients.  My friendly personality and helpful nature are strengths that I am proud to possess.  I thoroughly enjoy being part of the team at Mirandas, and look forward to assisting our clients with their accounting and taxation matters.
	Michelle Donlon Accountant michelle@mirandas.com.au My career in accounting began in 2001 and since then my passion to assist clients with all taxation and accounting matters has grown with experience.  I have great experience with all matters particularly involving small business and individuals.  I pride myself on my ability to converse with clients, my attention to detail and my friendly nature.  I look forward to assisting you with all your tax and accounting matters.
	Gabi Strauss Accountant gabi@mirandas.com.au I am a chartered accountant and have spent many years working in both public practice and industry.  My interest in dealing with people and providing a valuable service to clients has led me to Mirandas.  I am very excited about being part of this team, and look forward to assisting you with all aspects of your accounting and taxation matters.
	Jenny Aldridge Accountant mail@mirandas.com.au My career in accounting began in 1998.  Since then my focus has been between small business and individual income tax, and includes commercial accounting in the aged care sector.  My strengths include my efficiency and my friendly personality with a problem solving attitude.  I enjoy working with the professional experienced team here, and assisting clients with their accounting and taxation affairs.
	Kerrie Clinton Book keeper kerrie@mirandas.com.au My success is attributed to my friendly personality and knowledge through experience. I worked in banking for 15 years, and have had extensive experience with book keeping. I have good interpersonal skills and pride myself on communication . I have run successful small businesses, and understand the pressures and issues which arise within them.  I am happy to assist all my clients wherever I can in a friendly, timely manner with all their book keeping and tax office matters.
	Stacey Mathers Assistant Accountant stacey@mirandas.com.au I started working with the team at Mirandas in 2008.  I have learned many skills through my various work experience, and my income tax return preparation and related courses.  I have experience in dealing with both the tax office, and with our clients and can therefore assist you in understanding your tax situation.  I look forward to assisting you with your income tax, GST and general enquiries.
	Jennifer Holter Office Administrator jennifer@mirandas.com.au I completed my training at Stotts Business College and it was there that my entire secretarial grounding was formed and has carried me through my working life.  I enjoy being able to help people and am very fortunate to work in this happy and pleasant environment.  I pride myself on my maturity in dealing with accounting issues, and I look forward to assisting you with these and your general queries.
	Jennifer Poole Receptionist reception@mirandas.com.au I started working with this team in 2008.  I have learned my reception skills through my various work experience mainly focused around customer service.  I pride myself on my friendly, approachable and professional attitude, and I look forward to assisting you with your enquiries.
.	Kathleen Cousins Conveyancer kathleen@mirandas.com.au I have been working in the conveyancing industry since 2002 and have experience which spans from the beginning of a transaction to settlement. I have grown to know the Peninsula area well. I enjoy the personal approach to assisting people with the biggest transaction of their life and being there to guide them through it. I have a range of knowledge within the areas of conveyancing and am willing to help wherever possible.
	Melinda Cross Conveyancer melinda@mirandas.com.au I have worked in legal firms for almost 14 years which has given me the opportunity of working in all facets of law. Property law has been my main field in which I have handled my own files for the majority of my working life. I have also worked as a real estate agent which greatly assists clients in enjoying their property transactions. I walk them through the whole process from start to finish. Now with the fantastic opportunity of working for Miranda Professional Services I am able to work with a dedicated and professional team of conveyancers which enables a more personal approach with all clients.
	Ross Foenander Conveyancer ross@mirandas.com.au I am a Conveyancing Clerk for Miranda Professional Services and bring to this company 30 years of experience having worked in various law firms/conveyancing companies and having a banking/finance/legal background. I was also based at the Land Titles Office and State Revenue Office (in my early banking career) where I attained a valuable insight to these government offices.  I am conversant with the requirements of sales, auctions, transfers, purchases, subdivisions and other unusual transactions that pop up from time to time and I look forward to assisting you with your conveyancing matters.
	Danielle Jones Conveyancer danielle@mirandas.com.au I completed Year 12 in 2008 and began my working career then. My interest in office work has brought me to Miranda Professional Services where I have been working in Conveyancing and Administration. I am completing my Conveyancing qualifications whilst employed at Mirandas and  I am hoping my happy and helpful nature will help me to be of great assistance to all our clients in all Conveyancing matters.
	Kerry Kitson Conveyancer conveyancing@mirandas.com.au I currently work as a conveyancer with this company. Since 1996 I have obtained experience working for a number of solicitors and conveyancers in the Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula areas. My skills include preparation of contracts and section 32 statements, working on all purchase and sales files including preparation of documents and organizing settlements. After leaving my previous position on maternity leave, Miranda Professional Services has helped me return to the work force and do what I enjoy most.
