Our accounting staff are very experienced in public accounting practice and can assist you with all of your wealth creation goals. We are fully qualified accountants and registered tax agents. Our aim is to minimize your tax expense and maximize your refunds and rewards. We are experienced in tax and business planning, investment property planning and small businesses, including individual returns. We pride ourselves on being friendly, yet efficient in our work and are always willing to assist you with your financial needs.
Our bookkeeping staff are very experienced in understanding the needs of small business. Our office offers all business bookkeeping programs to allow ease of your own computer system changes. We are accounting based so that all book work is overviewed by a qualified, experienced accountant. Your BAS are prepared and reports provided to you. We are quick and efficient; therefore reducing your bookkeeping fees by reducing the time spent inputting your figures.
Our friendly conveyancing staff are very experienced in all property transfer transactions and understand the needs of Vendors and Purchasers. Our conveyancers will keep you well informed as to your rights under the Contract and look after your interests in a professional and efficient manner ensuring your settlements are smooth and without issue. They are familiar with local agents and lenders and always willing to assist with any of your queries.
Our office has all the professional attributes you look for – full legal backing, professional indemnity insurance, electronic lodgement services, tax agent and professional body registrations and years of experience. We also have all of the personal attributes you look for – friendly, approachable, helpful, efficient and cost effective. We guarantee that you will be happy with our service and offer free initial consultations and telephone advices.

Property law has been my main field in which I have handled my own files for the majority of my working life. I was also based at the Land Titles Office and State Revenue Office (in my early banking career) where I attained a valuable insight to these government offices. I am conversant with the requirements of sales, auctions, transfers, purchases, subdivisions and other unusual transactions that pop up from time to time and I look forward to assisting you with your conveyancing matters.

I currently work as a conveyancer with this company. Since 1996 I have obtained experience working for a number of solicitors and conveyancers in the Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula areas. My skills include preparation of contracts and section 32 statements, working on all purchase and sales files including preparation of documents and organizing settlements. After leaving my previous position on maternity leave, Miranda Professional Services has helped me return to the work force and do what I enjoy most.
